Seriously? What 'constitutional right' or better yet which amendment says the state can never take your land?

 A little thing we like to call "property rights".  Themselves covered by the ninth amendment.  You're welcome.

This is a distinct problem with your ilk.  You treat our constitution like you treat your bible.  Vaguely pointing in it's direction while you froth at the mouth like an asshole.....but you never seem to know whats in there.

And he's stupid enough to think we don't know either, which is where he makes his mistake.

Then when it's clear that we do know, he still keeps arguing like this isn't about what the bible or the constitution says. This is about what Drippy says.
