-Evolution is falsifiable in the sense that it's key ideas are open to contradictory evidence or it's core ideas can be tested in the negative just like any other scientific idea. It's simply that the evidence in it's favor has reached a point where the probability of that is near zero  

-Nothing in science is ever proven  science does't deal in proof so no evolution being unproven will not faslefy it only evidence or reason to the contrary can overturn the theory but as i said good luck with that
