Apart from that, take a moment to do some real comparison. Such as looking up what Marxism actually is as compared to Bernie Sanders. Also at alt right and the latest highlights of their gatherings. Numerous videos to choose from to get the sound to go with the pictures. I leave it at the pictures for the moment.

I mean the left draws more inspiration from marxist socialism. The right draws more inspiration from fascist conservatism. They have some roots that are historical.

The difference from classical liberalism or left was that in 50s reformed marxism of socialism happend in frankfurt school germany, this became more popular during the vietnam war in 60s and 70s on colleges and universities (Which i linked too) The alt right is most likely a reaction to how it has evolved into, which is an alternative right wing conservative movement.

They figured if they can be loud enough they will win, much like the new left in present time. Which is why i think politics in the past sounds somewhat better for that reason. Not that i like politics or the past so much in general.

What the fuck is this bullshit equivocation to workers rights, which in America gave rise to unions and the middle class to what Stalin twisted Marxism to be. American worker's movement, which even Teddy Roosevelt was for, and even Ford valued his workers wages, IS NOTHING at all like Stalin's Russia.

Bernie is for workers rights, not one party states. Trump is an opportunist just like Castro was.

High taxes on the rich is what we had after WW2 which gave us social safety nets like the GI bill, social security, and our infrastructure that gave us our highways. Reagan started the age of deregulation that gutted all that to fund corporate welfare.

The data has been in for a century now as to what good policy is. The same thing that caused Bush's great recession is the same no rules free for all gambling that lead to the great depression.
