But, if your mood can go from super sad to super happy that quickly, it's worth thinking about. Sometimes it's hard to break habits and reflect ...but once you try something new to improve how you see yourself and others, all the work is worth it. We're all works in progress.
Remember... I'm saying no one needs reassurance but it certainly helps. Friends are there for each other and reassure each other that things are okay when they're off-track. Friends support each other. No one needs it but friendship is a wonderful thing and friends are there for each other through the hard times as well as the fun times.
When friends care about each other they show it and it's always wonderful when they do
