In that case I'd take the sex so long as the sex can still be loving and affectionate.
That makes the question a thousand times easier. I'll definitely be keeping the sex.
I was imagining no intentional sexual release while hugging and kissing a girl forever vs sex with an ugly girl you hate forever.
A bit like asking do you want the world to be like 1984 or lord of the flies.
