Yup, going home today! I feel myself again.

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me through this and read all my pithy updates

In theory, I should be able to eat a proper diet, in time. However things were before, they are apparently clear now. Adhesions have been removed (gut twisting back on itself) and that must have been what was causing my blockages.

I got messed up bad from adhesions from a ruptured appendix, many years ago. Sucks big time, I had 2 surgeries after that for the problem. I hope you get it all straightened out with no more complications.
