The Chruch totally has an agenda. The violent parts of the Bible where God kills people or the retarded parts where the Earth was created in six days is stamped with the vague 'symbolism' title by religious followers. But if someone mentions God being a 'He' is just symbolism and that God could possibly be a 'She' too, that person is quickly 'corrected' with Bible verses ("It says in the Bible that God is a male!"). Yeah, well the Bible also said God killed people too. You can't pick and choose symbolism.
