Where the internet can lead to? That's just where english can lead to, where communication in any language can lead to? If you say "everything" that includes alot of stuff. I take it indigestion and kidney stones aren't included.....but why not? You either mean "everything you feel inside"........ or you don't. If some shitty shit that you don't wan't included is included that's on -you-, not me, not the internet. -You- didn't think it through.
