My problem with what Roger Ebert had to say was that it was disrespectful to the family and friends mourning his loss who had absolutely nothing to do with him driving drunk. I don't feel bad for Ryan Dunn personally because he played with fire and got burned. That, however, is no reason to be disrespectful when his loved ones are struggling with his loss.
