Which is the same food that Whites from the South and from the Appalachian region eat. Collard greens, kale, corn bread, grits, butter milk, black eyed peas, ham hocks, fried chicken, fried fish of all kinds, a lot of pork based foods. Can also be referred to as Southern Cooking or Country Cooking.
