Okay, let me modify the question.

Suppose you spent the day before you began dying of hunger and thirst

Stuffing yourself with organic vegetables and fruits

and drinking organic juices

What's your answer now?

After all, your body would be so flooded with good and healthy things

all the excess would be coming out of your ass!!!
