Two republicans say they won't vote for her--but I feel this is more for show than anything. Republicans probably gave Murkowski and Collins permission to vote against DeVos so they don't lose voters, because they know they've got enough votes to push it through with Mike Pence breaking the tie. I'll be surprised if she's denied the position.
