While that is a good idea regarding the overbloated lawbooks of the united states... It's not a sustainable policy for here. Just delete a bunch and strongly consider that when you add stickies it is creating a form of bloat in subforums that is 'stuck' to every page and reduces the overall number of results on every page (especially for guest users). Make a sticky mean something.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
