I don't fully know why either. I am just reporting that it occurred more times than I am willing to just pass off as "coincidence". It could be, but the more it happens, the less likely it is. I am almost wondering if there is something else at play but something we as humans are not aware of yet.
A million times misinterpreting an experience as something that it isn't doesn't really add any credibility to the assessment, or any real weight to claims made. For example, if you hallucinate ghosts a million times in your life, it does not make it more likely that ghosts are real. It probably does, however, mean that you are more likely than others to hallucinate ghosts tomorrow.
It's fine to have a sense of mystery. Powerful feelings, hallucinations, and even consciousness itself are quite mysterious. However, the way to proceed should be to try to collect high-quality information to narrow down the possibilities, not to collect personal anecdotes to open the door to whatever imagined possibilities superstitious people can drum up.
