You ever wonder why they call him the teflon Don? The more he is attacked, the more his support grows. This is going to sound extreme especially on an atheist site, and I can't say this with certainty, but according to this 2011 prophecy about Trump, he was anointed by God to be president. So it becomes a curse to attack the anointed, which is why everything the dems are doing is going to shit. He's not a polished speaker. Actually his lying style isn't so much about polish, he just has no reservations about telling direct lies. If you fact checked him you would see this. For instance during one of the Republican debates, one of his opponents mentioned that he outsources his own jobs and he says "no, no that's not true"
Not long ago he lied and said something like he had the biggest electoral college victory in the last 20 years. he hasn't even had the biggest victory in the last 4 years.
