With this it seems the DNC is committed to a losing strategy. It's a bad sign that they refused to put a progressive in charge, despite being on a losing streak in the midterm and presidential elections. 

It wasn't too long ago that I started actually paying attention to politics, and realized republicans aren't for me, and switched to democratic. Now I can't even call myself a democrat because of the way they've been handling things. Unity my ass. They repeatedly screw over their base, then scream for unity right afterwards. They deserve the shit they've been getting at town halls.

Meh progressives are really either communists in disguise or useful idiots of ideological subversion. I went through that phase in my life and when you rise up the ranks you find out it's really left hand path Jacobins deceiving their underlings. Most of it's occult, and hidden only until you are initiated. This is why most leftists say everyone that disagrees with them is stupid, because they are in the cult at their level and don't know any better. Even higher levels know this, but most on the right don't understand this, or the morons on the low level left. We have a communist party here in wisconsin, and when you look into it, they pretend they are progressives, but only to hide their true ideology of Marxism. It's really just a front group. It's a major reason I left the left. They intentionally deceive their followers. When I tried to expose it to my fellow lefties they didn't want to hear it. So I left that cult.

They aren't even communists they want what other first world countries have a democratic socialist system. It's the best of both capitalism and socialism that's what in reality everyone want's to its basic core. Everyone in the US want's some form a healthcare I.E. free or medicare for all. No one want's go go bankrupt or go back to the insurance system before the ACA. Even a pure socialist system is bad like our current system we have now and the fact is the working class needs a living wage to keep this system running if they don't our economy collapses. I don't agree with a full capitalist system or a full marxist socialist system we have to do what the EU and everyone else is for our good  keeping this status quo in the end only keeps growth and our economic growth stagnate.
