What a wonderful position. Now that's what I call a good old boys club.
As I said in Min's Damned Catholics thread, she was told this a year ago when the other survivor of child rape was pushed from the panel (for bringing up this very shit) and she refused to resign at that stage.
My guess is the last cheque bounced.
