Hating Comic Sans is Ableist Apparently

So apparently some dyslexic people really like comic sans font. They have an easier time reading because each character is made up of unique shapes. 'p's and 'q's in comic sans aren't merely mirrored for instance like they are in print style fonts. If comic sans helps you read then I say great but is hate of comic sans really ableist?
