So we're expecting people inconsiderate enough to post clickbait to read the netiquette guide and voluntarily abide by it?

I'm going with "no".

What I'm expecting is we will go back to how it was before the rule.  The community can abide by it or not, as they individually see fit.  Support it or not, encourage it or not, it's up to you.

We just aren't going to police it any longer.
