I was listening to CNN this morning, and I thought Alan Dershowitz made an interesting observation. Since the judges used some of Trump's campaign rhetoric to determine intent and to decide whether the ban fails a religious discrimination test, we have a situation in which a ban is deemed unconstitutional that might have passed constitutional muster had Obama implemented it with exactly the same wording. Of course, this isn't over and the judges' decisions may be overturned on appeal. But, for now, it appears Trump has once more stepped on his dick.
