Looking at the stats London and Edinburgh had significant remain votes. Elsewhere whilst regions returned a 'remain' result the majorities were insignificant indicating that the people were split evenly in line with the rest of the country.
Whilst the result has significant consequences the difference between those who voted leave and those who voted remain is not as intractable as has been portrayed by the media, and the result was very much in the balance.
It's blatantly absurd to portray half the population as half-wit nazis.
