Even though this won't get passed, its important it gets lots of analysis, especially if the CBO of similar organizations give it a thumbs up. Why? Trump has said that he'll wait for Obamacare to explode and then the Democrats will come running to him for a solution.

If that time comes, the Democrats can point to this bill and tell Trump to his face that they offered him a solution early on and he ignored it.

Tibs if it doesn't get passed there will be outrage on a scale so large... keep in mind Republican voters were lied to about single payer until 
recently until Bernie went to those states explaining it to them. A lot people want single payer healthcare now and if it gets shot down people will get mad. 
Until recently people said peaceful protest no violence were hitting that point now to where peaceful  protests will turn violent until change does happen..
Even if it doesn't pass it doesn't mean you stop fighting for it you keep fighting the good fight until you get single payer healthcare many more people want it now.
that being said that is something both sides well all sides can unite under even if it doesn't you fight on the state level for single payer to get it done the same way marijuana
legalization and medical use.
