Hello, fellow losers! Day 1 and temptation is everywhere. I started the day with a wake up wrap from Dunkies because I was on the go. It was within my calorie range, so all good. I had a simple tuna sandwich on multigrain bread for lunch a few minutes ago. I'm craving everything, but it's all good.
Last night, I made protein packs of 160 calories each with mixed nuts, raisins, dried cranberries and assorted low fat cheeses. I'm using the Lose It app with a Premium upgrade so I can plan meals ahead of time. Feeling pretty great.
