This woman came home from her first day in an exercise class and plopped into a chair.

Woman: Oh I went, hoped, jumped, stretched, pulled, and by the time I got those darn leotards on, the class was over.
For a while I wondered why I couldn’t seem to stick to a diet or exercise routine. Then it dawned on me that I wasn’t motivated. The thought of being size ten again just doesn’t appeal to me. But when I found I couldn’t button my size 14 jeans, I knew I had to do something. Now I can button them now, but I’m still a bad bad missus in them skin tight britches.
It’s actually money that keeps me from over eating. If I spent my money on “comfort foods”, I wouldn’t have anything to promote my books. In any issue of life, inertia has always been on my side. If I don’t buy it, I can’t eat it.
