Well, religious groups attempting to isolate their members from opposing viewpoints is fairly common. Scientologists for example would call you a supressive person, or supressive personality (sp for short). The idea is to set up an echo chamber for the believer, where the only people she has any interaction with serve to re-enforce the groups collective beliefs. She can also then be leveraged as an asset to this group. It's all deeply disturbing stuff. This kind of directed social isolation has led to some pretty unfortunate events in our history, both recent and ancient. If you feel that the only reason you're being treated in this way is because of your atheism, you may want to look into this stuff, and possibly find a way to gently approach it with her.
I wouldn't advise any sort of direct confrontation, as that is exactly the kind of thing that she has been led to expect from an atheist from the echo chamber. You would only be re-enforcing the programming. Indirect challenges, gentle what-ifs, that sort of thing. That's if you wish to approach her on the subject at all, of course.
What's the name of the church she's attending by the way, if you don't mind divulging?
