If they are dead, then they are feeling absolutely nothing, any more than a rock can "feel" pain. If they are alive, then they are probably working on their escape. I doubt that they are reflecting on their "victims". In radical Islam, there are no victims.
This attack, if as successful as claimed, will probably only serve to generate more sympathy and support for ISIS. They have been around since 2006; it would be ironic if they became stronger and not weaker under Trump's watch. They seem to enjoy dying, and so, I doubt that this is going to put a damper on things; probably the opposite. Time will tell, of course; Trump's ego is, no doubt, growing by the minute, assuming that the Afghan reports are correct.
