We have to pay for lots of things for his office and congress, yes, like their health care. But this is different because it is not necessary and the people that visit him are rich enough to pay for it. If a non famous city council member pulled this shit they would be under investigation, or arrested. It is also his private club, so either way, it looks bad, they pay for it, there is a profit, they don't pay for it, it looks like a favor. 

The ethics issue on this stinks.
