For starters, the Syrian base was partly operational within a few hours after the 59 Tomahawk missiles (nearly 3 times the blast of one MOAB) hit it (assuming that they all made it; at least one did not) and was fully operational within a day later.

And your experience with target analysis and mission planning indicated that the MOAB would be the weapon of choice to ... collapse the port-a-pottys?

I have no experience with such things; I do know, however, that the Syrian airbase was fully operational within a day or so of the attack.
