That's not NOTHING. As a matter of fact, it is everything.

You are missing the point. I dont consider the big bang the beginning. There have probably been an infinite number of contractions and expansions, as that is the pattern everywhere. I am talking about what set this whole thing into motion in the very beginning, if there ever was one.
