How do you know they're from the Netherlands? I did a locator check on that IP and it comes up that they're in the U.S. LINK
This might help you as to what to do when your Gmail was hacked.
If you have Firefox browser, one of the best and superior to IE, this may help with your Gmail.
Edit to add: If you want to drop Gmail because of it's obvious vulnerability, you could check out hushmail.com They have a free email option that is very secure. You can learn all the particulars at their site. All you have to do to keep the account is log in at least once every three weeks.
I found them a few weeks ago after conducting a Google for
