Kind of late now, but the best thing to do to avoid this sort of thing is to avoid using the most obvious passwords out there:

Seems like there's lots of sexual passwords which are easy to guess, as well as simple keyboard patterns. If your password is one that's on this list, best to change it immediately. You can bet that hacker bots are probably programmed with all these. Best to use some caps, numbers and punctuation characters in your password. And be sure to change it every so often. Oh, and never use the same password for everything. If they get into your email, then they'd have your password for everything else, too.
