As torture tends to work on a small number, it would become the fuel for the creation of ISIS-like mentalities.
The war on terror campaign is going on since 2003, if torture worked then why didn't it put a stop to the 14 years, still going conflict?
Abu Ghuraib was an example of the use of torture.
It even led to be the propaganda of so many Jihadi groups. A mere fuel to make their fire spread even more.
Inmates make the best suicide bombers.
He would object. I can bet he will. Throwing the garbage abroad is less haunting.
