What is silly is the greed that exists in this world.
If people truly care about other people, they take care of them without any kind of incentive.
I think what you're suggesting is called Communism Maybe a nice ideal but never works.
And the other thing you said, about taking incentives and lack of sounds like how life works in Star Trek... ie no money just people doing their jobs for the good of all. Again a nice ideal, but like Communism I don't think it would ever work.
