Not necessarily, there doesn't have to be an infinite number of a specific type of universe, any universes that produce humans are likely constrained by the same 'time' so if time travel is impossible in one it will be impossible in all of them. There could even be an infinite number of universes like ours where time travel is still impossible, the differences between the universes could be as slight as an atom out of place.
Anyway, I think the best suggestion thus far is the prediction of string theory that there are a maximum 10^500 'energy spaces', some which could become universes, it is limited by the number of possible ways that the 11 dimensions of spacetime could be 'folded'.
