Do you think Bill Clinton was like Hitler, in that he took a subset of actions that Hitler also took, which is enough to disqualify him for POTUS?

Like you said, it doesn't excuse Trump being like Hitler, but if everybody is like Hitler, voting for someone like Hitler seems excusable, since you can't not vote for someone like Hitler.
