I hate the township I live in. What's the use of having ordinances if they aren't going to be enforced?
I bet it's the council members themselves setting them off. No rules if u are the rules, yah?
My uncles neighborhood (in a normal middle class neighborhood) does a Co OP with their HAM radios. They all set off the fireworks at once so the cops can't give a single house the ticket :
I think that's fair. Everyone knows when to put the dogs in a safe space etc. And it's not late at night.
Then again I've been over there and watched a drunk dumb ass stand with a beer in the line of fire of a square box of like 24 mortars that had tipped and were rocketing past him at the fence and bouncing into the neighbors roofs! : I don't think we were the upstanding citizen fireworks party that year lol
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
