Without presupposing a god concept from the outset, nothing - from the behaviour of atoms to the movement of galaxies - comes with a label saying "handmade by a sexually repressed Middle Eastern deity (see manual for further information)", nor even remotely suggests anything like that. You would need someone to impose that concept on top of the evidence, whether that be a book of mythology or a preacher selling it to you.
