I'm circumcised and haven't given it much thought, actually. Never had anyone I was with either surprised or concerned it was one way of not the other. A friend of mine was terribly fascinated with Al Parker having surgery to restore his (LOL, like his dick wasn't big enough already, yum!!!) and opted for the 'stretching what you have left' option and is fairly satisfied to have his in an intermediate state of sort. He hasn't offered to show me (and I haven't asked, it being 30 years since I seen his peeny and I'm not sure I'd note the difference all that accurately).
And he has since settled down with one guy (legally married too!) and it turns out the guy is as indifferent about it as I am.
If I ever were motivated to do anything there (unlikely but never say never) I might consider a Prince Albert. Haven't encountered one for a while, BTW, and when I have I wasn't motivated at the time to ask much about other than it be removed for oral*, and installed for anal . . .
* a real risk of chipping teeth exists, ALWAYS remove Prince Albert appliances for oral, no exceptions. And I won't go into what they can be used for during anal . . .
