Picture Hosting Sites

I'm a member at a couple of sites that demand that one loads the picture to their server, so has a "browse" button like imgur has that can go to your hard drive for them. Is it possible for this site to have the same feature? It would be nice, because currently, if I want to post a picture, I have to take it off my HD and load it at imgur, then link it.
