The issue with all cities isn't skin tone, but economic segregation. If you think that is going to simply remain a city thing West Virginia because of it's opiate problem wont be fare behind looking like what you are talking about.
And if we are going to talk about gun violence, that is also not strictly a city thing. I live out here in the sticks and I hear about gun violence every day.
The issue is economics, not race. The GOP has sold bigotry for decades, you do not get equate bigotry to the economic inequality.
