The only thing we can do is keep challenging the right to ditch their far right, and challenge them to focus on wallet issues. That is what is really at the core of our problems, lack of economic stability. But we cannot simply let the GOP continue their campaign of fear regardless.
The GOP tactic has been the same since Reagan. Create a needless problem that does not have to exist, gut funding to social programs, keep livable wages just out of reach, then blame liberals for what they caused and used cold war slurs to get votes, race bait and BOOM, keep society from knowing whom the real enemy is.
