If Your House Caught Fire, what are the Last 3 Things You'd Grab On Your Way Out?

All the stuff I'd grab is already  in a rucksack (money, private papers spare clothes and jacket etc), I live on the 3rd floor so in the event of a fire I'd sling it out the window, then tie one end of this rope (which I keep in the corner) to my big table leg and climb down it, and I should be ok unless I accidentally hang myself..


PS- the spare clothes are for if it's cold and rainy outside so I'd need the warm waterproof jacket, I'm a member of "The Survival Podcast" forum and have got it all nicely planned because we know how to give the Grim Reaper a run for his money, our message to him is "On yer bike mate!"

You know you can buy window ladders? I think I might invest in one. Our bedroom is on the second floor.
