Who's to say then, that much of Islamic countries aren't like the good abiding Christians who DON'T spew this shit? Let's just put some perspective on this, people. You are hating the dark side of your own mirror.
It still occasionally amazes me that the kindest, friendliest, most honorable people I know are more often than not - the ones covered in tattoos, rockin out to some metal tune and and completely unencumbered by religious nonsense.
Not to say that I haven't met a handful of really cool christians - I have, but honestly I've met far more who I wouldn't turn my back to for even a moment.
