Evidence is that there is no life after death and Hell cannot exist so regardless of Anne Frank's religion or what different fantasists argue about, no, she is not in Hell, she died and no longer exists.

Having had knee surgery under general anesthetic when I was eighteen, and having no conscious experience of the procedure whatsoever, I am simply unable to take seriously those who insist that somehow, somehow "I" will continue to exist after brain death. It's a preposterous fantasy.
Poor Anne Frank suffered on her way to death, but the destination (nowhere) is the same that awaits us all.
