Ann Frank died well before Vatican 2, meaning that it was the official policy of the Catholic Church at that time that only Catholics could go to heaven. Papal infallibility started in the 1870s and has never been rescinded. Therefore Ann Frank is in hell if you believe in Catholicism.
My bold, that is not true. Papal infallibility has been used twice since 1870. First in defining the immaculate conception, and then in the assumption of Mary.
It is true that prior to Vatican 2 the consensus was that only Catholics went to Heaven. Since then, it has been revised that while everyone in Heaven is Christian/Catholic, it doesn't necessarily mean they were during this life.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
