I have the first one on DVD. It's tough watching it, it slogs. This one gets to the meat of the book.
Cool... in that case, I'll give it a go since it has such great reviews on here. I haven't actually read any of the books... or if I have it was a long time ago and I've forgotten... but one thing's for sure; Stephen King films are always great stories... so if this one wasn't, it only suggests that it got lost in translation the first time round... but it looks like they've done better this time round In other words I'll be interested to see what the meat of this story actually is, because most Stephen King films have very original storylines.
