The NFC East outside the Skins has been pretty even and SUCKY since the 80s, the Skins have been sucky more than the rest of that division since.. Back then the NFC East was the division to beat. I wouldn't worry about it, and I don't care what the odds makers say, it is a division game so to me in this case it is a crap shoot. You might win.
Division rivals are more of an unknown regardless. I've seen the Skins beat the Cowboys when they should not have, and this Eagles Giant's game would not surprise me either way.
