Yes. Which is exactly why a mindset isn't required on top of that.
I thought our positive and negative emotions were the only positive and negative quality states of mind in our lives and that how other people defined a positive or negative experience was through simply having a positive or negative mindset. From this perspective, this would mean that all those famous and genius miserable artists, providing they had no positive emotions, would only be dragging their lives on and creating works of art through nothing more than a positive mindset. That is why I first objected to this whole idea of the "miserable inspired artist" because I thought that there could be no positive quality state of mind there as long as you did not have your positive emotions.
