SJW, in my mind, refers to those who appoint themselves ministers of the dogma of the left. And please understand that I don't think left ideas are dogma: equality among all people is very important to me; health care in my opinion must be considered an inalienable right; people should have the right to love whoever they want. However, there are no ideas which are intrinsically "right"-- not any-- and when ideas ARE taken as intrinsically right, then dogma is established, and all the pitfalls that go along with it are alive and well.
