How could a being that doesn’t experience time knowingly interact with those that do? Especially in the cause and effect manner that’s so prevalent in the bible?
In the case of photons, it’s not just that they cannot experience time, but that the dilation also affects distance. From their perspective, they reach their destination instantaneously.
